The idea for the billboard was hatched when Chris Brown was in a restaurant and saw a man in a tuxedo trying to buy something on his iPhone.
He called his friend and asked for his help.
Brown was the designer of the billboard, which is now on the sidewalk across the street from the restaurant.
Brown said he was inspired by the idea of creating a billboard with the words “Say So” painted on it.
“It’s about connecting the dots between what people think about me, what people say about me,” Brown said.
“I wanted to show the world that when you say something, you’re saying something about you, you don’t have to be ashamed or ashamed of who you are or what you look like.”
The billboard is now up in the middle of the sidewalk, with a sign reading “Say Yes, You can.”
